  Pretty slow service and ok fish and chips. The garlic fries were tasty, and I like the idea of customizing your fried fish. At the end of the day, I know I can find a better basket of fish and chips, so if I want them, there's a place that will serve you a better basket quicker.

  Painfully slow service. I placed my order over 25 minutes ago. It was fish and chips the same thing that everybody else is ordering. I do not understand how if everybody is ordering fish and chips why it takes this long to process 10 numbers. I'm sure the food will be great. But I must say the kitchen staff is not equipped to handle more than one customer at a time. I am not a cook so I can not understand what's taking so long. But I don't think it takes much more than common sense to realize everybody just ordering fish and chips just make it in bulk and get the orders knocked out. I went up to the window after waiting for 25 minutes and ask how much longer for number ten considering they were on number zero when we walked in. I was told at least another 30 minutes. I don't care how good the food is I will not wait an hour for fish and chips again I am sorry. This is happening during the Half Moon Bay Festival today is Saturday 1:30 p.m. we came in at 1 o'clock.
  *update just got the food at 1:33 total wait time for food was 33 min incident placing order. The food is great. Still will avoid this place if there is a crowd. I do not plan on being back.

  Waited forever.. Same generic food you can buy anywhere. Rude servers that barely speak to you.. Never going here again.. What a waste of time
